Ambra Jackson, BA

Ambra Jackson is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) advocate, leadership facilitator, and founder of Collective Culture Training. With a professional background in legal operations and organizational support, Ambra brings a unique perspective to helping organizations build stronger, more inclusive workplace cultures.

Certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Essential Leadership through Cornell University, Ambra partners with organizations to facilitate leadership development, social-emotional intelligence training, and inclusive culture initiatives. Her work focuses on equipping leaders with practical tools to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and create environments where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute.

Ambra holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from California State University, East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from CSUEB, giving her a strong foundation in organizational dynamics and human behavior.

Through Collective Culture Training, Ambra helps organizations move beyond performative efforts toward sustainable cultural change rooted in belonging, accountability, and purpose.
