Ambra Jackson, Founder Collective Culture Training

Ambra Jackson is a dedicated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) advocate with a robust background in legal support and human resources. With years of experience as a legal secretary, Ambra has honed her organizational, analytical, and communication skills, which she now leverages to drive DEI initiatives within organizations. 

Certified as a Diversity and Inclusion Expert, Ambra is passionate about creating inclusive work environments that respect and celebrate diversity. Her educational foundation includes a certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from California State University, East Bay (CSUEB), complemented by a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from CSUEB in Sociology, providing her with a deep understanding of societal dynamics and human behavior.

Ambra’s commitment to DEI is evident through her strategic approach to fostering inclusive workplaces, developing training programs, and advising on policies that promote equity. She is known for her empathetic leadership, advocacy for underrepresented groups, and her ability to inspire and implement meaningful change.

Minister Danni Talley

Danielle Talley, known affectionately as Danni, is a dedicated licensed minister and member of Covenant Church under the leadership of Bishop K.R. Woods. With a background in healthcare administration and 18 years of experience in healthcare IT, Danni holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Health Administration. She has been an integral part of Covenant Church for 13 years, actively serving as a leader in both the women’s ministry and the multimedia department.

Passionate about empowering women to embrace their divine purpose and walk in faith, Danni is deeply called to cultivate connection, sisterhood, and spiritual growth among women. She believes that healing, transformation, and encouragement often happen in authentic relationships, and she creates intentional spaces where women can grow, share, and be reminded they are seen, valued, and called by God. Whether through mentoring, ministering, or simply sharing a moment of grace, Danni’s heart beats for genuine connection and the beauty of sisterhood.

In addition to her ministry work, Danni’s expertise in graphics and multimedia has been instrumental in enhancing church communications and outreach efforts. She firmly believes in the power of social media as a tool for in-reach and outreach, enriching the kingdom of God through digital engagement.

Dionne Adams, MPA - Vice Mayor of Pittsburg

Dionne Adams, MPA (She/Her/Hers) Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Pacific Gas and Electric Company Dionne Adams is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) at Pacific Gas & Electric Company headquartered in Oakland, CA. She has been with PG&E for over 20 years and has held roles of increasing responsibilities within human resources, supply chain responsibility, regulatory affairs, utility operations and customer care.

In her current role, Dionne leads the company’s DEIB strategy and execution, 15 Employee Network Groups, and AA/EEO Compliance programs focused on creating and sustaining a work environment where every member of their workforce of 25,000 feel they belong and find it enjoyable to work with and for PG&E.

In the community, she serves as an elected City Councilmember in her hometown of Pittsburg, CA and Advisory Board Member of Tri-Delta Transit and the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG). In these roles Dionne works to drive fiscal responsibility, transparency, and inclusion for the community in the areas of economic development, housing, public safety, transportation, and accessibility.

Dionne is a California native and holds a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science of Business with an emphasis in Marketing from San Francisco State University. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. - Alpha Nu Omega Graduate Chapter of Oakland, CA and initiated into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. - Eta Sigma undergraduate chapter at San Francisco State.

Rev. Lin Johnson, LPN-CEFT

Lin Johnson, LPN-CEFT, is a sought-after copywriter, faith-based multipreneur, and spiritual life and wellness coach, renowned for her advocacy for women. With over a decade of experience, she has helped solopreneurs, mega media outlets, and popular personalities stand out by giving a voice to their brands and crafting unique messages for their audiences.

Known as The ChristianPENeur, Lin is the sharp-witted digital and print media marketing copywriter behind some of your favorite platforms. As a preacher's kid, Lin's love for God and His word was nurtured from a young age. Now a licensed minister, she is dedicated to sharing the goodness of God. Her passion for people drives her to use her God-given talents and professional skills to educate, engage, and empower others through her impactful work, inspiring through language and thought change.

She courageously merges ministry teachings with marketplace practicality, encapsulated in her mantra, "I’m just a girl who loves God. I do one thing, many ways. I help people change their lives, one word at a time with prayer and purpose."

Meschelle Cockerham, CEO #DopeinRealLife

Meschelle Cockerham is the Owner and CEO of In Real Life Apparel LLC, proudly doing business as #DopeInRealLife—a lifestyle brand rooted in authenticity, resilience, and community. Born and raised in Oakland, California, Meschelle launched the brand in late 2018 with just 50 t-shirts and a single hashtag. What started as a simple yet powerful message has since evolved into a movement.

With over 19 years at Kaiser Permanente and as a dedicated mother of two, Meschelle brings a unique blend of corporate experience, creative vision, and hustle to her entrepreneurial journey. Her brand has grown beyond t-shirts to a full line of unisex apparel, including custom letterman jackets and innovative pieces featuring built-in tech—like shirts with functionality embedded into the sleeve.

Meschelle’s passion for uplifting others, particularly in her hometown of Oakland, caught national attention and recently led to her appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, where she shared her story and community work. She also champions her signature line, MEvsME, which empowers individuals to focus on self-growth and self-accountability.

Rev. Portia McGee, H.E.L.P Ministries

When you hear the name Reverend Portia McGee, what comes to mind? Clearly consider a poised woman, a purposeful woman, a praying woman, and without a shadow of a doubt, a powerful preaching woman of God’s Word! Her relentless and fearless approach to sincere prayer to our Father, accompanied by the way she says, “Hallelujah” will swiftly have your miniscule problem turned into a monumental praise, as you reflect on the goodness of God. Her ability to dissect and share the Word of God clearly and distinctly confirms her call. She is truly God’s woman.

Reverend Portia McGee was licensed to preach in 2010 and ordained in 2017, under the leadership of Pastor Larry Ashley of the Cosmopolitan Baptist Church in Oakland, CA. She currently serves as an Associate Minister of Olivet Oakland, aka Olivet Institutional Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Gregory D Hunter, where she continues to teach, pray and preach the Word of God. When she steps up to minister in any of her God given gifts, the congregation immediately knows that a blessing awaits.

She is the Visionary and Founder of H.E.L.P Ministries which stands for Healed, Encouraged and Loved on Purpose, as well as Helping, Empowered lives through Prayer, Praise and the Preached Word. Samele Mayfield, LCSW

Samele A. Mayfield, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated in 2019 from Liberty University with dual Bachelors in Psychology- Addiction and Recovery and Biblical Counseling. She later received her Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration from Walden University. Samele is pursuing her PhD in Social Work, focusing on advanced clinical practice and supervision.

Samele has experience serving the community on a macro and micro level, including as director of volunteers and life groups at a large church in her area, a trauma recovery center serving individuals as they transition from victim to survivor, and Solano County Behavioral Health.

Her goals include owning a group practice, teaching, and eventually advising at the collegiate level. Samele takes a holistic approach to healing, mental well-being, and self-care, emphasizing the possibility of achieving wellness by integrating faith and mental health. She is a mom to 3 adults, whom she calls her “littles,” and their dog. When Samele is not studying, reading, crafting, or baking for Sugah B Confections,  the business she claims she’s retired from, she frequently hangs out or serves with her sisters in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
